Lantum is a workforce platform on a mission to transform healthcare staffing. Using smart technology, they are working to repair the often inefficient, unsustainable, and costly staffing processes in the healthcare industry.
Lantum’s comprehensive workforce app, designed to optimise spending and empower healthcare staff, faced a significant issue that impacted the speed and ease of user onboarding.
The approval process for users, specifically healthcare workers, was prolonged, preventing them from accessing the platform in a timely manner. As a result, Lantum experienced a loss of healthcare workers and, more critically, potential organisations seeking their assistance.
Recognising the most effective solution, Lantum aimed to expedite the approval process by automating all communications with their app users. This automation would entail sending each user a tailored email based on what stage of the application they had reached.
To achieve this goal, Lantum sought to automate all communications through HubSpot. They required the expertise of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) specialist well-versed in HubSpot to ensure a seamless integration and efficient communication automation.
Our Solution
After initial meetings with the team at Lantum to learn about their platform, what the challenge was, and their desired outcome from our work, RevOps Automated took the opportunity to delve into their CRM processes. It was clear that Lantum’s platform was having a significant impact on the healthcare system. With some smart revenue operations, this impact could be greatly improved.
Conducting a strategic workshop with Lantum, our specialists collaborated with their team to meticulously map out the precise moments in the application process when users should receive emails.
With a clear understanding of Lantum's strategy, we started the development of automated email workflows within HubSpot. When these email workflows were complete, she instituted a review process that allowed the Lantum team to efficiently assess all outgoing emails and monitor their performance.
Our specialists, alongside the Lantum marketing team, initiated the campaigns on HubSpot. Once live, she established a transparent reporting system and provided training to the Lantum team on how to manage these custom workflows and reporting.
But this was just the start. We went on to automate the entire customer feedback system through HubSpot, enhancing the overall efficiency and user-friendliness of the process.
The outcome
Lantum’s goal was to significantly reduce the amount of time it took for a user to sign up and be approved on their platform. Realising they didn’t have the capacity or knowhow in their team, they decided to look for a different solution and turned to RevOps Automated.
The result? After three months working with RevOps Automated, the time it took to onboard a new user was reduced by 50%. Not only that, but the time spent on user verification was reduced by two days per week.
