Dapi approached RevOps Automated with a challenge.
The technical founder was in search of a comprehensive solution to effectively manage and track B2B business opportunities. This was essential not only for streamlining the sales process but also for ensuring that potential leads were properly nurtured and converted into actual deals.
Additionally, they were keenly aware of the significant risk of revenue leakage, which could occur due to missed follow-ups, overlooked prospects, or inefficient handling of client information.
A robust system was needed to provide detailed insights into the sales pipeline, automate routine tasks, and enhance the overall accuracy and efficiency of the revenue management process. By addressing these challenges, Dapi aimed to safeguard the company's financial health and drive sustained business growth
Our Solution
The strategists at RevOps Automated worked with the team at Dapi to devise a highly automated sales operations system, freeing up the sales team time to manage more deals in the pipeline. The solution automatically created deals, based on meetings.
It also enriched deal information with relevant contact and company information, to reduce the number of clicks reps were required to take to get to the information they needed.
To prevent revenue leakage and stay on top of open opportunities RevOps Automated built an automated rep task system. The system automatically detected when a deal had not been worked or progressed, and set a task for the Sales rep to follow up. As a result, far less deals stagnated - accelerating deals to close.
One top of this, reps were incentivised to work deals, or lose them to a colleague. The automated system detected deals that were not being worked to the required model, and automatically re-routed them to another sales rep. As a result - the best performing reps were rewarded with more deals to run which also increased the overall close rate.
Not only did the project help increase sales but, with added visibility on pipeline and forecasting, Dapi were able to present this data alongside product growth data to investors securing investment to expand their offering across the USA, Middle East and Mexico.
